Orders & Turnaround

Our standard turnaround is 2 to 3 working days from artwork approval. Turnaround times vary by product, so check the product page for specific lead times. If you have a deadline, let us know when you order and we will do our best to work around it.
Yes. Express options are available on many of our products. Select your preferred turnaround at checkout, or get in touch if you need something urgently and we will see what we can do.
Minimum quantities vary by product. Many items start from as low as one unit. Check the individual product page for the minimum listed there, or send us a message if you need a specific quantity not shown online.

Files & Artwork

We accept PDF, AI, and EPS for print-ready artwork. High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted at 300 DPI or above. PDF is our preferred format. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, upload it and our artwork team will check it before production starts.
Yes. Our in-house design team can help with layout, artwork setup, and finishing touches. Drop us a message with a brief of what you need and we will come back to you with options and pricing.
For the best print quality, artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Images taken from websites are usually 72 DPI and will not print cleanly. If you only have low-resolution files, our design team can advise on the best way forward.

Eco & Sustainability

Sustainability is built into how we operate. We use FSC-certified stocks, water-based inks wherever possible, and we have invested heavily in reducing waste across our production. We are not perfect, but we take it seriously and keep improving. Learn more on our About Us page.
We do. We have planted over 10,000 trees in partnership with Trees for Cities. Every order contributes to that count. It is one of the things we are genuinely proud of.

Delivery & Logistics

We deliver across the UK. For large or time-sensitive orders you are also welcome to collect from our warehouse in Wembley. Find our address here. International delivery may be possible for certain products. Contact us for details.
That should not happen, but if it does we will sort it. Take a photo of the damage when you receive it, then send us a message with your order number and the images attached. We will get a replacement or resolution to you as quickly as possible.

Accounts & Pricing

Yes. We work with agencies, resellers, and in-house teams on a regular basis. Trade accounts come with dedicated pricing and account management. Get in touch to find out more and we will put together the right setup for you.
Absolutely. If what you need is not on the website, or you want something custom, send us a message with as much detail as you can: product type, size, quantity, material, and any deadline. We will come back with a quote.
