Boom Battle Bar wanted a consistent, premium way to present and distribute their gift cards across their rapidly growing estate. As their existing print partner, we already managed their brand assets, colour profiles, and templated artwork - giving us a strong foundation to deliver a fast, fully coordinated rollout.

We produced the complete package: folded gift card holders, matching plastic cards, and a full insertion and fulfilment service to 26 UK venues.

What We Delivered

1. Brand-Led Design & Print

Working from Boom's approved brand guidelines, we produced a folded A6-style gift card holder printed on 350gsm silk with matt lamination on both sides for durability and a retail-grade finish.

To secure the plastic cards neatly inside, we added precise card slits using our rotary die cutter (installed July 2025) - ensuring a clean, consistent fit on every wallet.

2. Matching CR80 Plastic Gift Cards

We designed and printed Boom's plastic gift cards in-house, ensuring perfect consistency with the wallet artwork.

The cards were produced to standard CR80 sizing and can support future campaign needs such as barcodes, QR codes, or variable data campaign printing.

3. Full Insertion & Fulfilment to 26 UK Sites

Once production was complete, our team inserted each plastic card directly into its matching custom folded card wallet. This meant every unit arrived shelf-ready, saving store teams valuable time.

We packed and labelled consignments per venue and shipped to all 26 Boom Battle Bar locations across the UK - each receiving the exact quantities required.

4. Ongoing Control via Sub-Store Login

Boom's operations team manage all print through their dedicated PrintKits sub-store login, this is a print brand-managed multi-site ordering service giving them:

• Visibility of all previous orders
• Central brand control
• Location-specific ordering
• Simple reordering when stock runs low

This setup supports consistency while removing admin from store-level staff.
