What is scratch card printing?
We print your design on premium silk-coated card and apply a scratch-off latex layer that conceals a message, code, or prize. The result is a tactile, interactive piece for campaigns and events.

Artwork setup
- PDF in CMYK, 300 dpi, with 3 mm bleed and 3 mm safe area
- Embed or outline fonts
- Keep critical text away from any scratch zone
- Use clear contrast for legibility under the panel
Scratch area placement (2 mm bleed)
Leave a clear space on artwork and label it “SCRATCH AREA”. The latex should extend at least 2 mm beyond the concealed content to allow for production movement.
- Avoid overlapping multiple scratch zones
- Keep logos and fine details outside scratch zones
- Do not include a faux silver panel in your artwork
