If you have downloaded our Artwork templates where it is required to have a vector image for your artwork, for items such printing a logo on Napkins specifically. Here is what you will need to do to ensure that your artwork is eligible to be processed for printing.
Convert image to vector in Adobe Photoshop
If you select your design element in Adoble Photoshop you will notice the element is surrounded by little points (vector points) these show the boundary of the design element and verifies that it is a vector.
The layer will also have a little square icon that has 4 square points to it that show that the layer is a SHAPE layer.
Convert image to vector in Adobe Illustrator
If you select your design element in Adoble Illustrator, just like Adoble Photoshop you will notice the element is surrounded by little points (vector points) these show the boundary of the design element and verifies that it is a vector.
When you select an element that is NOT a vector you will get a surrounding square or rectangle box and it will have no colour properties attached to it. You will want to ask your designer to create a vector of the element or it will not be possible for us to print it on our napkins.
