What Does an Election Material Imprint Need to Include?
On printed materials such as election flyers and posters, you must include the address of the printer and the promoter. Not including an imprint on printed election material is an offence.

Where to put the imprint on the printed election material?
Depending on what the election material is, if it is a single sided poster or election flyer - you need to place the imprint on that side of the document. If it is a multisided document - it must be on the first or last page.
Do you offer same-day election printing in London?
Yes. Posters, flyers and business cards ordered before 2pm can be collected from our Wembley facility the same afternoon, subject to stock. For wider UK delivery, order by 10am for next-day. Same-day is the fastest option in the final week of a campaign when polling-day materials are most in demand.
When should I order my election printing for UK local elections?
For a Thursday polling day we recommend placing orders at least 7 to 10 working days in advance for standard delivery. Larger jobs such as booklets, roller banners and full Correx runs benefit from 2 to 3 weeks lead time. Same-day London collection is available for urgent top-ups in the final week.
Can you print for political parties, independent candidates and campaign groups?
Yes. We print for national political parties, local party branches, independent candidates, campaign agents, council communications teams and non-party campaigners. We do not take a political position and will print any lawful campaign material that meets Electoral Commission imprint rules.
Do you offer Royal Mail Freepost election delivery?
Royal Mail Freepost election mailings are organised by candidates directly with Royal Mail. We supply the finished printed leaflets to the specifications Royal Mail requires, including page count, weight, format and imprint. Share your candidate reference with your order and we will match the delivery to your Royal Mail drop-off deadline.
